1,000 Words: An Exhibition of Illustration was a group show of work by Nova Scotia artists working in illustration. The exhibition was displayed at Teichert Gallery from November 14 to December 1, 2019.

A public poetry art project, Poetry in Motion displayed short poems throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality. The poems appeared from early October to early November, 2019.
