Amanda Jernigan has published three collections of poetry: Groundwork, All the Daylight Hours and, most recently, Years, Months, and Days. She has written a critical study, Living in the Orchard: The Poetry of Peter Sanger, and edited The Essential Richard Outram. In 2019 she joined the Department of English at Saint Mary’s University to teach literature and Creative Writing.
For 28 years, until his retirement in 2018, Brian Bartlett taught literature and Creative Writing at Saint Mary’s. He has published 14 collections and chapbooks of poetry as well as three books of prose, and edited many books, including Collected Poems of Alden Nowlan. His WFNS reading will be the Halifax launch of his newest chapbook, Safety Last (Gaspereau Press).
