Brief Biography

Liz Feltham has been the food writer for The Coast Weekly since 2000. She specializes in culinary writing, having been certified as a Journeyperson Chef and working in the cooking industry for many years. She's now hung up her toque to focus on her first love, freelance writing, and is a contributor to a number of magazines including Occasions, the NSLC guide to food and drink. She's sat on several culinary juries, including judging the Gold Medal Plates competition, and is a strong proponent of the Halifax food and tourism industry.
