Jenni Blackmore

Brief Biography

Originally from Manchester, England, Jenni Blackmore now considers Halifax her home and is greatly influenced by the coastal environment. As an illustrator and writer, she combines both talents in her books for children. Jenni has been mentioned in "Our Choice Book List" and "Outstanding Canadian Children's Books" by the Children's Book Centre, Toronto. Jenni presently serves on the Nova Scotia Arts and Culture Partnership Council.
