Join Amy Spurway in conversation with Joella Foulds, for the Cape Breton Book Launch Party for her debut novel, Crow, on Saturday, March 30, 6:00 pm, at the Ross Ferry Community Centre in Nova Scotia. Books will be available for sale. This event is free and open to the public, including a potluck and a cash bar. Presented by Goose Lane Editions. This event is organized with the assistance of the Canada Council for the Arts. Amy Spurway was born and raised on Cape Breton, where, at the age of 11, she landed her first writing and performing gigs with CBC Radio. She has worked as a communications consultant, editor, speech-writer, and performer. Her writing has appeared in Today's Parent, the Toronto Star, Babble, and Elephant Journal. She lives in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
